1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects EarnHub members, campaign owners, review workflows, payment operations, infrastructure, and platform integrity. Users must use EarnHub lawfully, honestly, and safely.
2. Permitted Use
Users may browse public pages, create accounts, complete eligible tasks, submit accurate proof, refer real users, manage wallet activity, request withdrawals, receive notifications, and contact support according to platform rules.
3. Prohibited Account Behavior
Users must not create fake or duplicate accounts, sell accounts, impersonate others, misrepresent identity, evade verification, use unauthorized access, or help another user bypass platform rules.
4. Prohibited Task Behavior
Users must not submit copied proof, manipulated screenshots, automated task activity, irrelevant files, recycled submissions, false completion claims, malware, or content that violates campaign instructions.
5. Prohibited Referral Behavior
Users must not create artificial referral networks, self-referrals, bot referrals, paid fake signups, misleading invitations, or activity designed only to trigger referral eligibility without real platform participation.
6. Security Restrictions
Users must not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, bypass rate limits, upload malicious files, access restricted routes, or interfere with EarnHub infrastructure or other users.
7. Financial Misuse
Users must not submit inaccurate withdrawal details, use stolen payment accounts, request withdrawals from suspicious balances, exploit provider errors, or attempt to bypass platform approval and transaction logging.
8. Enforcement
EarnHub may reject tasks, flag accounts, delay withdrawals, restrict access, request additional information, reverse ineligible rewards, or escalate activity for additional review depending on severity, evidence, and legal obligations.
9. Support and Communication Abuse
Support must be used for legitimate questions and issue resolution. Harassment, threats, repeated spam tickets, false reports, or attempts to pressure reviewers into approving invalid activity are not allowed.
10. Reporting Misuse
Users may report suspected abuse through support channels. EarnHub documents review decisions where needed for auditability and dispute handling.
