1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EarnHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies, campaign rules, task instructions, withdrawal rules, and notices published by EarnHub. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
EarnHub is a task and referral rewards platform. The platform may allow members to participate in approved campaigns, submit task proof, invite eligible users, maintain wallet balances, request withdrawals, and receive account notifications. EarnHub is not a bank, investment product, employment platform, or guarantee of income.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials, protect account access, and notify EarnHub of unauthorized use. EarnHub may require email verification and may introduce additional verification before allowing sensitive actions such as withdrawals, profile changes, or high-risk account activity.
4. Tasks and Campaign Participation
Task availability, eligibility, reward value, proof requirements, review rules, and deadlines may vary by campaign. A submitted task is not completed until it has been reviewed and approved by authorized reviewers. EarnHub may reject incomplete, duplicated, manipulated, misleading, unsafe, or unverifiable submissions.
5. Referral Eligibility
Referral rewards are not automatic. A referral reward becomes eligible only after the referred member completes their first approved task, unless campaign rules set stricter requirements. Reward values may vary by campaign, location, currency, or platform policy and are shown through applicable campaign or account information.
6. Wallet Balances
EarnHub may show pending balances, available balances, transaction history, withdrawal history, and currency-specific balances. Pending amounts may be reviewed, adjusted, reversed, or rejected if task submissions, referral activity, withdrawals, or account activity violate platform rules.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds, supported payment providers, account verification, platform approval, fraud review, provider processing, and transaction logging. A withdrawal request does not guarantee immediate payment. If a withdrawal fails, EarnHub returns eligible funds to the user wallet, records a transaction log, and notifies the user.
8. Suspicious Activity and Manual Review
EarnHub may flag accounts, referrals, task submissions, wallet activity, or withdrawals for manual review. Examples include duplicate accounts, unusual referral behavior, suspicious proof uploads, provider mismatches, high-risk withdrawal patterns, automation, or attempts to bypass platform rules. Flags support review and do not automatically mean suspension.
9. User Responsibilities
Users must act honestly, follow campaign instructions, submit accurate proof, avoid duplicate or fake accounts, respect platform security, and comply with applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details and account information are accurate before withdrawal requests are submitted.
10. Responsible Earning Language
EarnHub does not promise guaranteed income, employment, fixed returns, investment performance, instant withdrawals, or automatic rewards. Any reward shown or described on the platform depends on eligible activity, task review, referral qualification, wallet status, and withdrawal approval.
Members should evaluate participation responsibly and should not rely on EarnHub as their only source of income.
11. Service Changes
EarnHub may update features, public pages, campaign rules, supported countries, currencies, withdrawal methods, review workflows, policies, and pricing or reward structures. Material changes may be communicated through appropriate notices when practical.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from platform use, campaign participation, delayed reviews, provider failures, unavailable services, or user violation of these terms. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Questions about these terms may be sent through EarnHub support channels. EarnHub may update these terms as services, providers, countries, or legal obligations change.
